The Company doesn’t control and isn’t responsible for what’s on third-party websites or their privacy policies or practices. You also recognize and agree that the Company isn’t liable for any harm or losses caused by using or relying on any content, products, or services from these third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service aims to offer valuable data recovery information, we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect outcomes from applying this information. As our website offers its resources for free, no financial claims related to the use of information provided can be made against the Company.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its affiliates will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. This limitation applies to all potential claims, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some places don’t let us remove certain guarantees or limit our responsibility for big or following damages. So, the limits above might not apply to you. In these places, our responsibility is as small as the law will allow.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is given to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all its faults and without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Company, for itself and its Affiliates and their licensors and service providers, clearly says no to all warranties, whether they are direct, implied, by law, or otherwise. This includes any implied warranties of being sellable, fit for a certain use, having ownership, and not breaking others’ rights, and any warranties that might come from how things are done, performance, or trade use. We do not guarantee that the Service will fit your needs, get certain results, work with other software, systems or services, run without breaks, meet certain quality or reliability standards, or that any mistakes or defects will be fixed.

Not to limit the above, neither the Company nor its suppliers promise anything explicitly or implicitly about: (i) how the Service works or its availability, or the information, content, materials, or products included; (ii) that the Service will run without stops or errors; (iii) the truth, reliability, or currentness of any information or content given through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or for the Company are free from viruses, scripts, Trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs, or other harmful parts.

Some places don’t allow us to not offer certain warranties or limit the rights of consumers, so some or all the above might not apply to you. But, where allowed, we apply these exclusions and limits as much as the law permits.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, without its conflict of law principles, will control this Terms and your use of the Service. You might also be under other local, state, national, or international laws when you use the Service.

If you have any concerns or disagreements with the Service, you agree to first contact the Company to try to resolve the issue informally.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you will be protected by any mandatory laws of the country where you live.

United States Legal Compliance

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If a part of these Terms is not enforceable or valid, we will modify that part to achieve its goals as much as possible under the law. The rest of the Terms will still apply.

Waiver

Not using a right or not insisting on the fulfillment of an obligation under these Terms does not mean a party gives up those rights or can’t demand fulfillment later. Ignoring a breach of these Terms doesn’t mean you ignore any future breach.

Translation Interpretation

If we have provided you with a translation of the original English version of these Terms and Conditions on our Service, in case of any disputes, the English version prevails.
